Our room was amazing! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fitness room. The fitness room was nicer than most we've been in. -
Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious with many offerings. Room was comfortable and felt like home.

Almost everything (I really like tubs -- see next box). The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast buffets were amazing and the coffee was always hot and delicious. The room was gorgeous and comfortable, and the TV and channel choices available made for great late-night relaxing (I have trouble sleeping sometimes). -

The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Popcorn and coffee were also a nice treat. The beds were comfy and the shopping and other coupons were unexpected but very well used. Thanks for a great stay...we will be back!! -

El personal muy amable, especialmente la señora que atendía los desayunos, que el primer día nos vio un poco despistados y nos atendió estupendamente, a partir del segundo día ya nos preparaba leche caliente sin pedírsela.

Abundance of pillows, in room microwave and refrigerator, hot
tub/spa and pool were nice as well. For being off a highway it was
fairly quiet. -

stay and we had not planned on it. Our reservation was made a 11:30pm as
we drove to the motel. Our reservation had not made it but we were
treated as if it had at check in. They supplied us with tooth brushes
and things which was appreciated.

The folks at the front desk were very cordial and helpful.

The rooms were OK, but our queen suite was configured strangely. All the amenities were there, and they all worked well. The breakfast bar was attractive and the food was OK, but I would advise against scrambled eggs. -

Staff were wonderful. Especially Jenn the manager on duty who checked us
in. There had been a problem with out booking via letsbookhotel.com and we
were a bit freaked out that we wouldnt have rooms but she reassured us..
Told us to help ourselves to tea/coffee and fixed it really quickly

My husband and I spend three nights there. We ended up there because I
could not get on Seneca Lake because of the holiday weekend and everyone

The facility has a wonderful gym and indoor swimming pool which will draw us back the next time we are in the area looking for a place to stay. Breakfast was excellent with eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit, coffee, etc.
The room was clean, spacious, attractive, and the bathroom was large.
We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent. Good value and great tasting food. Staff was friendly and considerate.
All in all a great stay.
We were coming from NYC area and headed to Chautauqua

The rooms were all suites and fully furnished including a well stocked kitchenette. There was a nice patio in back with a great view. Easy access to many great restaurants. I would recommend Leggios. The staff was wonderful. -

The staff was unbelievablely attentive to our every need and the person that cleaned our room was wonderful. That person added little touches such as: arranging the stuffed animals on the children's pillows that they won at Hershey Park. It was such a thoughtful thing to do. -
