The colonial village décor of the hotel makes on feel so comfortable.
The inside courtyards are a pleasure to walk through. The staff are all
courteous and most helpful. The restaurants are excellent. The food is

On arrival to the London NYC Hotel, I was greeted by friendly doormen and reception staff. My room was a one bedroom with separate lounge which was spacious and clean.
The bed and linen were very nice with 5 great nights sleep. The hotel was very well located for all areas i.e. times square, 5th Avenue.

This is my favorite hotel in New York. It's among the best and most comfortable also. The rooms and finishes are all new. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms immaculate. The rooms are all spacious suites-an unusual luxury for New York.
Very impressed. I stay here all the time when I'm in the city.

Stanley, the evening manager, was very helpful in recommending
restaurants where I could find a vegetarian meal. He showed me the
restaurant locations on a map, followed up with me to be sure I had
found the restaurant, and also inquired whether everything in my hotel
room was acceptable. He is an asset to the Fairfield Inn Corning
Riverside. -

Very clean. I was expecting a smaller room for my price, but I was surprised by the comfortness. Breakfast was excelent. Hot omelet and all the basics. Hotel looks new if it is not new, is well mantained.

Friendly, helpful staff all around, including room maid service. Relaxed but organized atmosphere. Doormen value-added service with 'touch of style'.

Friendly, outgoing, courteous staff. Everyone was very nice and willing to help with what ever you needed. The breakfast personnel was attentive and very quick to make sure everyone had what they needed right up to the end of the breakfast serving time. -
