I have stayed here over 5 times. Usually for the jazz festival. Beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Very elegant. The staff is extremely accommodating. Right in town. Close enough to all the restaurants and the main strip of Saratoga Springs. Will be back next year

This is such a gem in the downtown area. If you want to feel special this is the place to visit. Everything from the welcome at our vehicle, to the happy hour in the parlour, to the limo service to our fine dining restaurant (as suggested and reserved by the staff), to the beautiful complimentary breakfast was superb! -

Very comfortable, elegant hotel in the heart of SoHo, brilliant for shopping and eating out. This hotel is almost so perfect, so it becomes in fact boring. How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.

We loved the room. Small but beds were very comfortable. Our friend's suite was well designed and comfortable.
The staff was really nice and attentive. We were happy to find this hotel in that area because of location close to shopping and winery tour!

Real nice stay. Close enough to Saratoga racecourse without getting beat up on the room rates. Absolutely top class steakhouse on site which was pricey but definely worth the buck (as good if not better than any nyc. Steakhouse I've eaten in. Proximity to the highway a plus. Overall nice stay, I'll probably be back there next time I'm in the area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the The Giacomo over the July 4th holiday weekend! The staff and residents of the hotel were all very friendly.We arrived early for check-in and our luggage and car was promptly taken care of until our room was ready. We were given a great recommendation for lunch at a local cafe, Murphy's on Third which was within walking distance.

Large rooms with kitchenette make travelling comfortable. The little on site shop was especially useful and we would not hesitate to use this Hotel when next in the area. -

From the moment we entered the kimberly hotel in new york we were greeted with smiles from the receptionist. Our plane arrived in early so we knew check in was at around 3 o clock. So we were prepared to drop our bags and head off to check out the sights but to our surprise the room was ready for us when we got there which was fantastic. Really from there on the staff were great they even sent me up a birthday cake for my birthday:-)
The hotel was beautiful the bed was amazing so cosy and soft.
