Very honest. They deducted the cost of 1 night's stay from our bill
(although we did not ask them for a refund), and moved us to another
room due to an electric socket issue. Staff on desk extremely helpful.
Hotel only a 5 minute walk away from falls. Bedding, pillows and towels

This is a good alternative to visit nyc if you are not to pay over $200
for their overpriced hotels.The hotel is 10 miles north of Manhattan -
20 min ride by car. You can park at Bronx and take the subway. Our room
11 was clean and comfy. The only concern was the poor wall noise
insulation but if you are lucky to have good neighbors it is ok. -

clean, comfortable and an easy drive to the Dobbs Ferry train. The
breakfast was great - bagels, muffins, cereal, danishes, coffee, juice -
the only downside - you had to eat it in your room.

We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the The Giacomo over the July 4th holiday weekend! The staff and residents of the hotel were all very friendly.We arrived early for check-in and our luggage and car was promptly taken care of until our room was ready. We were given a great recommendation for lunch at a local cafe, Murphy's on Third which was within walking distance.

It was very conveniently located. Close to Lake George, outlet shops,
restaurants and the amusement park. It was surprisingly very quiet and
the breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Fairly priced. Having

everything u could ask for. Everything !! short walk to the #1 subway
line which takes u all the way down to battery park. There are
housing projects directly behind thebuilding, but there was no
trouble at all & that just added to the whole atmosphere of
staying in ny. They put on several events on each day & night so
u get to meet a lot of other travelers & explore in a group.

I was plesantly suprised when we arrived at this hotel. I had expected the on-line pictures to have offered more than would be delivered. Compared to many other places we've stayed over the years, this place is wonderful. I already recommended it to my sister. The woman who was at the desk was outstanding. Helpful, pleasant. We loved everything about the Comfort Inn here. Form the moment we checked in to the time to depart we were treated like welcomed guests!
