The fact that letsbookhotel.com does not enter reservations so that I can check with the hotel without a problem. There should be a common thread to check with either the hotel or letsbookhotel.com at any time. -

staff were really helpful and friendly. Struck up conversations with
staff that make a personal touch in the restaurant. Asian meal was
healthy: rice, seaweed, kimchi, miso soup... Enjoyed a dip in the pool
with my kids and a good work out in the gym with weights, universal, and
stationary bikes. Free hourly bus to #7 subway line was convenient into

Shuttle - arrived within ten minutes of my call from the courtesy phone at JFK Fed. Circle - great as I was travelling alone and worried about waiting around at 11pm.
Shuttle dropped off at requested terminal in the morning.
Receiption staff very polite and efficient.
Room was quiet and clean, and continental breakfast provided from 4am which was great.
All in all a great place to stay close to the airport -- would highly recommend.

I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional! The hotel is less than 5 minutes walking distance to Times Square and to two separate subway lines which run 24hours. Sights such as MoMa and Rockefeller Plaza are walking distance away.
The room, bed linens and bathroom towels were clean. Bathrooms were clean as well. Rooms were cleaned Dailey and towels refreshed daily a well.
Staff was helpful and friendly. The queen room accommodated my needs perfectly. The bed was comfortable.

Our experience was great from our reception by the doorman helping us with our bags, our greeting as we checked in and the comfort of our room. We even got a n/c upgrade. I felt the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, king-sized bed very comfortable, a small desk with internet/wifi, TV, closet for clothes, and nice bathroom. The brunch was very good - good food with a lot of different offerings. However, go early as can get crowded late morning. Excellent choice - I would definitely go back again.

I like that the front desk was friendly. The room is compact like a studio but not bad. Comfy! If your looking or expecting Four Seasons but your paying $69, get real! But let me tell you, this is the real New York experience coming from an New Yorker! The room is small like real rooms in ny but is clean and good if you need a place for a night or too! Its a couple blocks away from Barclay, not sure what Ghetto means to "some" people but it isnt the ghetto, maybe to citylike if your from Idaho

We picked this hotel for the US Open. Very convenient and they also provided free shuttles in the morning and evening. The location was perfect for eating local cuisine on Main Street and Prince Street in Flushing. -

We were really impressed with the hotel. Surprisingly nice for such a great price. It isn't in manhattan but it is a 10 min walk between 2 metro stations and fast to get to everywhere. The area itself was multi cultural which means great food! Size of room was good compared to NY rooms. Staff were extremely helpful. Very clean and location is excellent whilst quiet at night. The hotel is exactly as it is described and we were not disappointed.
