  The property was clean, spacious, safe and generally well equipped. Facilities and services compare very well to the Copley Plaza in Boston & other 5 star places I've stayed.   We went to Thunder over Louisville first time and we parked in the huge parking garage. We checked in early wich was great cause we were told by the staff that it fills up quickley for this event and we wlked straight out to to the river side and set up our chairs then went walking around checking out the city. Parking, check-in, directions to different places. We needed a little extra time in our room after our daughter ran a half-marathon and we were given those few extra minutes and not made to feel rushed. That was a good feeling. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again.
