  From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. All they wanted to do was help us unload our luggage, park the car and point us in the right direction and once inside the front desk staff took over on the helpful, friendly atmosphere. The hotel was nice, walking distance to Soldier Feild. Clean & modern hotel, cabs lined up outside to take you anywhere your little heart desires, friendly staff, and we booked through letsbookhotel.com and a received free parking bonus. I compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

  The breakfast with the omelet bar is simply great. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had in any hotel anywhere in the world. All the staff at the reception are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was just "easy" for us which made the experience so great! Loved the decor, the large glass shower, the refrigerator, and the tv on a disk that rotated toward either the sofa or the king size bed. Breakfast buffet was excellent - recommend taking the add-on to the rate if offered. We were only there one night so didn't check out the pool or fitness area.

The rooms are spacious with a modern appeal as well as the bath area that carries a spa like quality with an over size shower with a big over head rain shower head. I was a stranded traveler, and the room had everything I needed to be comfortable. There was a nice, fluffy bathrobe, and the bed was very comfortable. They had a great Keurig coffee maker in the room and a well- stocked (if expensive) mini-bar. The staff was helpful, and the room was very comfortable. Plus, the shuttle service to and from the airport was top-notch.
