The bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and clean and breakfast was wonderful. Staff was great that kept our luggage behind the counter while we went to have lunch at Copeland b/c our train didn't leave until 1:30. They didn't have to do that but they did. -

Our suite was spacious and well appointed. Loved the decor, the large glass shower, the refrigerator, and the tv on a disk that rotated toward either the sofa or the king size bed. Breakfast buffet was excellent - recommend taking the add-on to the rate if offered. We were only there one night so didn't check out the pool or fitness area.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. I was traveling with my two grand daughters and the staff went out of their way to talk to the girls and genuinely show an interest in what they had been doing and had seen in Chicago. They deserve an A+++++ The ladies serving breakfast were also very friendly and helpful. -

Hotel is outstanding, service is top notch, attention to detail great, our room and view was really perfect. Looked straight out at the Watertower and lake, gorgeous. I liked the hot tub. It was just the right temperature, and several times I had it to myself. I liked the room. The king size bed was very comfortable, clean bathroom, and nice décor. When I was going into my room, a lady was coming out. She was inspecting the room to make sure that the cleaning staff did their job. That was pretty cool. The

When I had trouble getting on the internet, they immediately gave me a
cable. When we locked ourselves out of the room, they gave us new cards
on the spot. When I needed directions, I got courteous, helpful
directions and a map!

El personal súper agradable.el desayuno fue correcto.me quede durante una noche y hablamos con el gerente para quedarnos tres noches más , pues viajamos a Nasville y regresábamos a Champaing pues tengo una hija estudiando en la Universidad. Fueron atentos con buen servicio y con ganas de agradar y facilitar las cosas.

The staff were very polite and flexible. I had gotten a wrong date on my reservation and the staff fixed it w/o any problems.
Also a very good deal for the level of accomodation.

Always clean, they keep upgrading things, eg tv'S. Since the State
Police always stay there, it's an added "safety factor."
Safety has never really been a concern for me. -

shopping and great restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk
staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a slight mix up with our
room, and Michael, the night manager, handled it just great. He took
good care of us, and I would stay there again!(Also, we loved the water
in the lobby!) -
quite a transformation in a year's time -we stayed there we/ another teen grandchild last yr and returned for 2 reasons, the location and the suite option.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Concierge services were terrific.Everything was spotlessly clean - great housekeeping services! Our suite was exactly what I had asked for, view included - loved it!
