Friendly staff - proximity to all other venues associated with conference I attended. - The staff were friendly and the room was very spacious. The hotel was also well located.

Loved the location - right on the beach with a range of water sports
activities available right outside the hotel door. Walking distance from
a huge number of restaurants, shops, international market, bus stops,

Amazing apartment in the centre of everything - with a parking space. So well kitted out and immaculate. We never expected beach chairs, snorkels, masks, boogie board, beach umbrella, all there in the laundry cupboard there just to borrow - what a bonus. The Seaside Hotel was perfect for my stay in Waikiki. The room may be
small for some, but the size was fine for me. The pictures are true to
what you get. There are not a whole lot of extra amenities but I was

I am so glad I booked this hotel. After reading up on reviews for other hotels for hours I decided to book with Shoreline. The hotel was in a great central location, so close to the beach and shops, hotel staff were so friendly and pointed us in the right direction for activities / tour outlets that were much cheaper than others. Rooms were big enough for what we paid for and very very clean! I would definitely stay here again if I travel back to Hawaii and recommend it to anyone staying in Hon

Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful. Lovely outlook over banyan trees and sweet night twitterings emanated from the birds nesting in the banyans as we slept. Great location for Volcanoes National Park and Rainbow Falls and Akaka Falls. We did all 3 in one day. Beautiful walk in the gardens opposite the hotel.

The hotel doesn't get very good reviews so we were a little
skeptical about staying here. We were surprised to find the hotel
clean, comfortable, in a great location (wished we had booked for
2 days instead of 1),staff was very friendly and the renovations
were beautiful. Breakfast buffet was very well done. Free parking
was a bonus!

I loved the history of the hotel. It's not like the huge hotels on the island, but it is romantic in that it kind of takes you back in time. Very friendly at reception. Parking was good even though others took advantage of parking along the perimeters of the lot. That is, we wanted to be sure that we could get out of the parking lot in the very early hours of the morning so that we we could get ur early inter-island flight. Hotel staff curule ensure tat people did not park in the thoroughfare of the exit of the parking lot.

Ilima is a gem! The decor is absolutely vintage Hawaiian.... wood, tile, wicker, tropical prints, original local artwork, and pink all over. We had room 1507 and had an amazing view of the canal and mountains. It was perfect to wake up to this every morning, with a very big balcony seating area to have coffee and tea. Had everything you need whilst on holiday. Great pool area in the sun and also near shade where you can sit on couches and just relax. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Just what we wanted. -
