When we arrived, they were unloading brand new mattresses for all the rooms...Nice! It's a newly renovated hotel going for the "boutique" category. I'd say they were a success with that effort. I thought it was very elegant, clean and in a great location. The room was very large, had a comfortable bed, and all the amenities I needed for an excellent stay.

En primer lugar la ubicacion que es muy comoda, y de el hotel en realidad no encuentro nada malo, es bueno el servicio y muy modernas todas las instalaciones, sobre todo muy funcional - buen cuarto alegre decoracion confortable buen desayuno

Location cannot be beaten, for access to Fisherman's Wharf (one entrance is right on the wharf), with the tram stop right across from this entrance, car hire a few metres down the road, and the cable car a block away. The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable-- slept great! Very convenient to wharf and other attractions. Thomas in reception was so helpful on the phone when we were on the way in traffic and trying to find out fastest way to get to hotel and on to pier 33 for our Alcatraz night tour. They also helped us book an airport shuttle for one person in our party.
