From the second we walked thru the doors the staff was amazing! Shortly after checking into our room we received a call from the front desk, just checking that everything in the room was good. This place is incredible. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The facility is nothing luxurious, but it was clean and comfortable. Nice flat screen TV. The hot tub in an enclosed room with large glass windows and a changing area. The location is incredibly convenient, close to restaurants and with a bus stop for the free shuttle right across the street. The free breakfast also had a great selection.

The staff were very nice and eager to please. The bedding and bath were clean. There is a small fridge. and microwave. The bed was comfortable.
There is a Village Inn just a very short walk away. The bus stop is just in front and you can ride all day for one dollar. Good to know if you travel on the train! -

When I checked out the person on duty asked if I had gotten a receipt, and when I hadn't, found out why, and gave me one. My daughter asked for some information about the mall, and the person on duty found a brochure that was very helpful. Very friendly and nice. -
