Es un hotel realmente nuevo, los taxistas se sorprendian al llevarnos y verlo, fachada impecable, las habiatciones tal vez un poco pequeñas para algunos, pero para nosotros (una pareja) estuvo bien.. todo muy limpio, buen servicio, buen desayuno (tostadas, donuts, mantequilla, mermelada, crema, cafe, jugos), maquinas de refrescos y dulces, internet

The staff was friendly and professional. The room (we had an executive
queen suite) was large, clean, tastefully decorated with a microwave and
mini fridge. It included a sleeper sofa with an additional flat screen

They give me a free upgrade because They don't have the room I book. it's really big and I think I was living in a room which had a capacity of 4 people... The staff are really nice!

The hotel was easy to find and the gps took us right there. The hotel is
located across from a Holiday Inn. If you look up the address on Google
Maps, the picture that is taken is rather old so the hotel was not built

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nigths and we suggest it for this position
and for the clearing of the room. I will choice it again because of the
position: It is 2 min walking to the 39th underground station ( yellow
line, 5 stops to Time Square). The first day we noted that the room was
without the hairdryer and the staff provided soon to give us one. The
breakfast room is a little small but it is not impossible like I read in

The staff was helpful and professional. The hotel was either newly built
or newly remodeled. The rooms and public areas were modern, clean and
had some "city style". The location was convenient to public
transportation (subway, train). The location was close to the person
were we were visiting. -

Close to the Subway hence easy access to JFK airport and Manhattan.
Clean comfortable rooms access to microwave which was very handy to warm up baby food.

This hotel is conveniently located. It is close to Citi Field,
LaGuardia, the Queens Mall, and Flushing Meadows. They have a shuttle
that will take you to the nearest subway station, opening up the rest of
the city for you. The staff was always really helpful. -

First they let us check in 5 hours early. The staff were very
friendly,they made sure we were using a reliable car service. Also got
us an accurate map to get to the nearest subway stop via a bus route.
They brought us a space heater to heat the room up faster. This is our
second visit here are we will return on our next trip to New York City
