I liked the neatness and location of ABVI, centrally located in Downtown. I also enjoyed every bit of my stay at the place. It was like home away from home. Honestly, I got value for my money.

Older, dated room but perfect for our one night stay. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Free wifi. Close to interstate. Light complimentary breakfast was ok. Good value for money. Polite, helpful staff. Recommended.

It was good to stay in the Americas Best Value Inn. I will book it if I will travel there again.

Ice Machine is located in outside and pay for the ice. I do not want to pay for it.

It was downtown as I planned to go to the baseball game. There is a McDonald's restaurant only a block away for breakfast. The hotel provided orange juice, rolls and coffee. The staff printed my boarding pass. The shuttle to the airport was available and free.

It's not a beautiful setting, being an old fashion 'L' shaped motel but the room was will designed and attractive.

I LOVED the lady that runs the hotel. She was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me.

It's cheap and perfect when you heading to Grand Canyon. If you looking for the place to sleep one night, it's perfect. Simple place with good price. Close to Safeway which is open until 12:00 AM. Loud AC but it was so hot outside that it's good that it was working very efficient.

Almost nothing to eat on breakfast but we expected that so maybe it shouldn't be "don't like". It's just what you expect from this place.

The managers were super nice. They had a pretty decent continental breakfast. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. It actually looks pretty new. Air conditioning was exceptional.

It's not the hotel's fault, but it's not the best place for a single female to walk around at night. I would definitely feel ok if I had my boyfriend or some other guy walking with me.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were welcomed very friendly. We would definitively stay here again. Location is really good, you're 5-10 minutes walk (young couple ;) away of the center of downtown with a lot of options for restaurants, shops & attractions. You can see they are trying to put new life into downtown Phoenix. It will take more time but it's already worth visiting.

Breakfast was disappointing, it was coffee, 1 kind of fruit and biscuits of some sort. The reception is really small and not really suited for breakfast. But I would suggest to add at least some sort of yogurt with granola or something. Simple stuff which would get you going properly in the morning.

I slept at the Americas Best Value Inn Downtown Phoenix for two nights in February 2013. I really liked the nice rooms where you feel very comfortable. Shower was nice, bed was great (with a lot of fluffy pillows), carpet felt good, no complaints at all. Very conveniently located and with a complimentary airport shuttle. Complimentary breakfast was okay for in the US (with fruit); coming from Europe I am used to having a 'real' breakfast at hotels. Very nice people too. I would go here every time if I would come back to Phoenix and recommend to friends and family.

The room looked very nice.

The was a load of bread with mold in the drawer that didn't get thrown out from the previous guest. That was disgusting. The breakfast was very poor. There is no area for breakfast. You need to take it from the reception area to your room. The air con was a bit under power in Pheonix heat.
