It was a very pleasant stay, the staff members are friendly, polite and took initiative in helping me. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access from there to the city by bus and metro. -

Staff were very friendly, rooms have everything you need and are very comfortable. The hotel is also very clean.

"Don't judge a book by its cover" applies to this motel. It's an old fashioned 2-story horseshoe motel with parking in the middle that doesn't impress you when you see it. Friendly staff, very clean, great beds, quiet, easy access to Metro station and access to DC, very reasonably priced, good coffee and coffee maker, Good free wifi in each room.

We checked in late and Kyle (I believe was his name) was very help and answered all of our questions about the area. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and spacious. It was a 5 to 10 minute walk to metro rails. Would stay there again. Old Alexandria looks like a great place to explore, but this trip did not give us the opportunity as were we committed already to other areas of the city for different events.

Everything, the hotel is wonderful. I'm a retired Marine and I've traveled with my family to many places. This is the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. - Room with the balcony view of the inside mall and river veiw also. Iwill let others know about this, when visiting here.

The booking made through letsbookhotel.com had clearly not been relayed to the hotel. The Clerk on duty went to great lengths to ensure I still had the room I had booked (as I had a copy of the original booking confirmation). Top marks for customer service. -

Simply beautiful view of the Potomic and D.C. from our room.
Everyone was helpful and made us feel at home. Thanks to the free shuttle, we didn't even have to move our car until we were ready to leave for home. -

Excellent Value for the money and relatively inexpensive for the Alexandria area. Most other properties at this level are motels with doors that are accessible from the outside.
Also no one mentions that it is very close to the Mount Vernon / Washington Bile trail, your only 5.3 miles to the Jefferson Memorial and can bike there very safely. -

The staff was incredible! I was greeted with a "gift basket" of water bottles and granola bars when I checked in. Free continental breakfast included scrambled eggs and bacon: much more enjoyable than just stale bagels and fruit. Free shuttle to the Metro is included. Did I mention how amazing the staff was?!

The staff was calm, polite and attempting to be very accommodating in a difficult situation. Water is critical for more than drinking. While their intentions were good, two bottles of water overnight without running water is no comforting. The staff did everything they could in a difficult situation. -

Great location in Old Town. Can't beat the service and attention to every detail. Place of choice every time we come to that area. And the piano bar is the very best in all of DC area. Great way too end an evening listening to great musicians and local talent from the area. -

The suite was perfect for us… travelling with family and we were able to order take out and sit around the table and enjoy each others company. Able to put kids to bed and still catch up. Full kitchen would have enabled cooking as well. -
