  Our room was cool and clean, the pillows were so comfortable.   We were charged for 2 nights when we only stayed one night, letsbookhotel.com changed our reservation by faxing Double Tree and they didnt acknoeldge it, I have my email with the confirmation on the change, Still nobody will respond to this.
