When you arrive at the Orlando Airport you need to Terminal b to the Transportation Floor and find the free phone kiosk and let the Hotel staff know that you arrived and need the shuttle bus to be sent for you.   I liked that it was so close to the airport, and had a shuttle service and being able to leave our car at the hotel at a very reasonable price.
