On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked.

Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

I loved the condo lots of space 3 full baths was a nice surprise. It looks just like the pictures on line. The Jacuzzi was a nice way to relax after walking around the parks all day. Everything you needed was in the condo. Home away from home. the beds were extremely comfortable. Close to Disney, shopping, carnival and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable. I really loved sleeping in your beds. I felt very, very comfortable. I was also impressed with quality of the entire hotel. Very convenient from the airport. (Free shuttle) Great breakfast. ... lo que la gente dice » short trip to the hotel. Fairly easy to find. The room was clean, large and the bed really soft and comfortable. The breakfast the following morning was continental and was adequate. I would recommend this as a short stopover before moving on with the start of your trip.

I was really surprised at the size and amenities of the room for its
price; I was expecting much less. The room was absurdly large with a
sleeper couch, two televisions, and a mini kitchen equipped with a
microwave and refrigerator (both of which we used). It was fairly quiet

We had fantastic customer service from your reception staff. We would like to make a special comment about Charlotte. We had a situation with Florida express shuttle where we had major problems with getting picked up over a period of 3 hours. She tried many times to phone express shuttle to try and fix the problem. She couldn't do enough for us in the situation we were in.

Hotel is on Disney property and is geared towards people who want to experience the Disney parks and not stay in one of their resorts.
It was very family friendly, right combination of restaurants, shops, swimming pool and friendly environment. Location was amazing since it was across the street from Downtown Disney.
