  Hosts Brian and Pattee could not have been more helpful and friendly. The hotel was lovely, very clean, amenities made our stay so comfortable and convenient.   The room was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the use of the giant hot tub in the pool room and the complimentary coffee. The staff were very personable and friendly.   Me and my boyfriend went down for 3 nights. It was amazing, and we had a lot of fun. The tennis court was pretty nice. They have a clubhouse will a pool table and ping pong. The pool and hot tub were open late at night, so you could go in. We stayed in a queen studio. The bed was really comfortable and everything was really nice. It would be easier to drive down and park a long the road to go shopping and to the b - The apartment was spacious, clean and well furnished. The door opened onto a lovely garden area with pool. It was a 1 mile walk to the centre of Provincetown, which meant we could stroll in for dinner without having to take the car. The staff were incredibly nice, they played with our little daughter, gave her some beads to entertain her, and were generally very helpful. Michael, in particular, made some excellent suggestions for places to visit on the Cape, places to dine, and even helped out
