  Todo fue excelente, sobre todo el tamanio de la suite. En este caso nos toco una habitacion recientemente remodelada en el piso 18. Con todo a estrenar impecable. - la habitacion era genial. Tenia incluso kitchen, microondas, cafe..lastima que por una noche no lo usamos

  At the desk, Dennis verified my information quickly and was quite friendly (I've been to enough hotels in NYC to recognize when I'm not a "room number" [based on the amount I have paid for a room] vs a "real person" [treated as if it didn't matter which room I paid for. Loved the room, the comfort and if you want to be treated like a person, not a number? Ask for Dennis at the Tuscany OR Jen - Stayed here for a couple of days before dropping my daughter to summer camp. The staff here are so welcoming and bend oer backwards to please. We were upgraded upon arrival. The rooms and bathrooms in this hotel are huge compared to most rooms in Manhattan and the decor is funky yet comfortable. The location is fabulous. 3 minutes to Grand Central Station and about 10 minutes to Macys. I love this hotel so much that I'm going back in 3 weeks to stay for a week!!!
