We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in, but they let us leave all our cases and bags -
The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.

The apartment was very nice. It was appropriately size and there was a lot of room. It also came fully equipped. Check in was also very straight forward. The apartment is also located in a very nice area. It was a couple of blocks from time square where I spent most of my time. -

El servicio y la atención - Su situacion, si vas de turismo, como nosotros, es un emplazamiento perfecto, cerca de times square pero no en el mogollon, se llega en 15 minutos a pie. Si en cambio quieres ir al lincon center, estas justo al lado. Lastima que el tiempo no hubiera acompañado por que le lounge de la azotea es realmente cool.

Kiki, I guess the house manager, has been brilliant. She has fixed our
room arrangement issue and has been helpful on many other things. We
love the room setting - very homy and luxuries at the same time,
bathroom/towels are very clean. Have to mention the breakfast too -

La verdad es que todo en el apto me gustó! es más bonito y grande de lo que parece en las fotos, es muy cómodo, posee todo lo que se puede necesitar. Cubrió, y más aún superó todas nuestras expectativas. Su administradora Svetlana Chistyakova nos atendió muy profesionalmente, y nos ofreció un departamento más grande y cómodo que el que habíamos reservado pués tenía en ese momento uno desocupado. Excelente su ubicación y medios de transporte. La calidad del apartamento y su equipamiento son muy completos al punto que uno se encuentra tan cómodo como en su propia casa.
