  I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were "Disney- friendly" and sincere. The bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I loved the elegance without being overly "froo- froo:. Easy access to the River Walk, Street Cars, Harrah's Casino and, Bourbon Street which we loved... being that this was a leisure trip/ b-day celebration

This was one of my best stay at any hotel and I have stayed at many hotels. Management did an awesome job in choosing these employees. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The hotel is on the parade routes for Mardi Gras and St. Patricks Day. The entire staff was great, from the front desk to the valet and cleaning staff. They were all very pleasant - Great decor, great comfort, divinely comfortable beds, very clean, sound-proof, excellent breakfast, easy parking, friendly staff. Good location in garden district, on the trolley line and near Magazine street but a car is reommended if you are going to the Quarter or Marigny.
