  The Black Horse Inn is a cross between a B&B and a motel. It's a relatively new building, so everything works properly, as one would expect in a well-run motel, but the rooms and setting are more comfortable, more like a B&B.   We loved our little cabin in the woods. So clean. And the location was great for driving to many of the special little towns in coastal Maine. And the service was great - our ceiling fan quit working. As soon as we called to report it, staff was sent to repair it.
