The hotel was clean and well designed. The room was a little small,
but we expected that. The pool was a refreshing break after a long day
visiting the studios. Warner brothers was 2 blocks away, Universal was
a 10 min drive. Mexican restaurant next door was fantastic. Free
coffee and morning pastries were a great way to start the day. Will
stay there again!

I did not expect much due to some reviews but I was very happy. My daughter and I were active all day and the location was convient to public metro and buses, and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed at the on highland ave & it was perfect...room looked just like the pictures, house keeping was nice, had a mini fridge, coffee pot & walking distance to the Hollywood bowl, in-n-out burger, shopping, tourist sights & ride away from Runyon canyon and many other activities...fantStic location & hotel

We switched to this hotel after reading some horrific reviews of our original choice. I am so glad we did.
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They ordered us all the taxis we needed and gave us good advice on times/prices etc. A late 6pm check out was at a cost, but we were allowed an extension until 2pm for free! so worth asking

Beds and pillows were super comfy, nice bathroom, microwave and coffee maker in room, pantry on site to buy goodies, nice heated pool and spa, excellent location and very clean. Team members very friendly and good restaurant. -
Staff were excellent! ALWAYS friendly and helpful and made myself and my daughter feel very welcome! Beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in during our travels!!!!! Proximity to Hollywood Blvd and Metro.

Recommend to stay here if you are visitting Hollywood area. Great location, short walk to Hollywood Boulevard, walk of fame etc. short drive to Universal Studios and MGM.
Really friendly & helpful staff. Recommended places to eat and knew the restaurants as also recommended things to try.

Everything! The service amazing. We were made to feel like royalty the minute we walked in. The never ending snacks is a great idea and made us feel at home. Little Nick was wonderful to deal with, and helped us with a booking for the Magic Castle next door (incredible night). The location is right around the corner from the walk of fame and Chinese theatre. I can't recommend this hotel enough!
