Es la ubicacion lo mejor de todo. Esta muy bien situado a tres bloque de Union square. Un bloque de china town y a dos bloques del tranvia que va al puerto. Perfecta ubicacion. Otra buena cosa, es la coleccion de arte que tienen alli, es magnifica y muy buena idea. El hotel esta muy bien para visitar la ciudad y solo utilizarlo para descanasar. - B

Stayed 4th Dec 2013.Hotel location great, just at entrance to Chinatown and short walk to Union Square and Market Street, only there for 2 nights so good for us. Staff very helpful and let us leave our bags there after checkout until early evening until we flying out. Very clean and big bed and plenty space in the room. Shower in bathroom great pressure and nice and hot.
Would recommend for short stopover, certainly not luxury but adequate.

El hotel es una mugre, esincómodo y por el mismo precio se consiguen cosas mejores, si uno buscacon algo de paciencia. Cobran 5 dólares por 20 minutos de internet en ellobby. Cobran 50 centavos diarios por usar un locker barato como caja deseguridad.

La limpieza, la ubicación y la atencion del personal - Muy céntrico. Está a un paso de Union Square, muy cerca de los trenes BART hacia el aeropuerto y tb de el resto de autobuses,así como del cable-car (turistico por excelencia). Es un hotel "antiguo" pero limpio.

complimentary bottled water and cookies in the afternoon. As a guest,
you get a discount at the adjoining cafe, which providing a convenient

Ideally situated for everything. In Union Square in 2 minutes and easy access to all forms of transport. Staff were friendly and helpful and the diner next door excellent. Everything on the doorstep. Being in the city centre meant it was noisy at night but earplugs were provided. We slept very well without resorting to them. Very happy with it all and thoroughly recommend the hotel.

The Hotel is a bit dated but very clean, I stayed in deluxe king room, paid close to 70 bucks a night, I must say I'm very impress. the room is quiet large with hardwood floor, bed is comfy, place is clean, the building is old but well maintain. Location is good, next door honey honey restaurant serve good food, bus right out the door step
