I like the friendliness of the staff. Check in & out were very smooth. My request was fulfilled & even can check in earlier than chk in time. Really happy for it. Location of the hotel is just infront of the Galleria. The room is huge. -

A cracking hotel with a great central location to the Galleria and local business district. I've stayed in all the other hotels locally and this is the best of the lot in my opinion.
The gym is also great (with good TV's on cardio equipment).
Parking is also plentiful and you can self park (becoming quite rare in Galleria Hotel area). I look to head back soon.

Beautiful hotel and lobby, rooms were very comfortable. Exceptional service. Tennis was great too! Good location and even shuttled us to the Galleria for shopping! -
