  This hotel was fabulous from the minute we checked in 'til we left. The staff was refined, kind and accommodating. When we returned to my room the night of my birthday, I was surprised and "touched" to find an amazing little chocolate mousse cake and a handwritten birthday card!   first of all, we are went to the wrong chech-in desk, took our about 30 minutes,Fortunately we are very satisfy with our room. it's big,clean, comfortable and good view. also the conciege helps us a lot,like Grand Canyon Tours and outlets shopping. we are exhibitor,for us it's very nice location. and we spent a great night to saw the show"Michael ... lo que la gente dice » Jackson One" . - Loved first room great view. Room layout is really nice having the half bath is a bonus. Room on 23rd flr was spotless and housekeeping was working really hard to keep it that way. The beach area was huge. Casino is large and clean. Not smoky and over crowded like some others. Getting around is easy with tram.
