The location is wonderful. Right at the point of the three rivers. Such a beautiful spot with so much history to it. We had a view of the rivers from our room.
Also, the restaurant had very good food, and a very pretty view of gardens, courtyard. The service was excellent also. Thank you to our server Svetlana.

The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great for going to the Steelers, Penguins or Pirates games.

Love this hotel, awesome friendly staff, great location & perfect
when the Steelers are playing home games !!! Alot to do within walking
distance of hotel !!!! Breakfast area is very nice & I like the
changes they made our the past yrs in hotel lobby area & moving gym
downstairs !!!! -

... lo que la gente dice » was nice with a microwave, fridge, and I loved the separate lounge area. The free shuttle service took us all over the city. The hotel is ideally located not far from great restuarants, the ball parks and the casino. Great stay!!!

location to downtown amenities and proximity to the phillies-pirates game for which it was intended purpose. -

Staff are very welcoming and helpful.
Hotel is really clean and with a nice odour.
Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous.
Upon arrival staff provided my whole family super delicious chocolate chip cookies are they were free and available all the time on ur demand.

The shuttle!! The staff was professional, courteous, and insanely
helpful. Housekeeping was friendly and punctual. The warm cookies were a
bonus. Room size, bed linens, and shower were all good where most hotels
are bad. The shuttle, the shuttle, oh and did I mention the shuttle?

convenience of the location for the marathon....also clean and restaurant accomodated runners for early breakfast. rooms are nice and the shower heads are great spraying out 2 different places.

last year I accidentally left my keyboard to my ipad in the room and when I called back it had been saved in housekeeping and the lady in cha -
Room was super-clean and all ammenities were present, ie water coffee, special soaps etc. Very comfortable beds. Everything was top notch. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable and had answers to all questions.

We liked everything from the friendly staff and the room being very clean. The rooms were decorated nicely. It was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would stay there again. -
