  Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is really clean and with a nice odour. Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous. The staff was professional, courteous, and insanely helpful. Housekeeping was friendly and punctual. The warm cookies were a bonus. Everything was top notch. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable and had answers to all questions.

  The hotel staff were fantastic. The front desk was helpful and friendly. The cleaning/maintenance staff was on top of things and really very good. The shuttle drivers were super.
