The location was fantastic - a historic, listed building at the heart of the city with excellent transportation links. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Hotel amenities were excellent - we particularly appreciated the Starbucks in the lobby. The staff were courteous and helpful, and early check-in which was great as we arrived a couple of hours ahead of schedule.

There was not one thing to like.....but everything to love!!!...From now on, any future bookings will be to stay with my family at a Marriott...top notch in customer service, comfort and value... panoramic view of the city from the presidential suite...first time in Philly and this will not be our last....very highly recommend the Philadelphia Marriott!!!

Your registration staff was outstanding especially Paula Overstreet. She truly knows what good customer service is all about. I asked her about a good place for breakfast and she gave me a breakfast voucher. She was pleasant and made me feel right at home. Our TV had poor reception. She had a repair person at our room within 10 minutes and followed up with a phone call. For me excellent customer service is the most important aspect of a hotel stay.

We liked everything about this hotel. From the clean, spacious room to the friendly courteous staff, the excellent food at the 2 restaurants, and the proximity to the subway. We attended the Army Navy game, and we intend to return to Philadelphia and will definitely stay at The DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia City Center!

I loved the look and feel of this hotel it has a modern feel and look plus it's very homey. The indoor pool and hot tub were great! The gym was also well placed I could watch the family in the pool while I worked out. -

Excelente ubicación en Olde Town. Cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas. La habitación y el baño bastante grandes. Con una bonita decoración, así mismo el resto del hotel. La calidad que obtuve por el precio estuvo excelente. A corta distancia en taxi del centro de la ciudad. - excelente atencion
