The Westin Heavenly Bed and the service at this hotel make it a great place to stay in Las Vegas. It is not on the strip but only one block away, five minute walk at most. I would stay here again. - The quality of the Hotel

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. Es un hotel de lujo de verdad. La suite que te dan es una pasada, limpia, muy grande, pero poco provechosa si se viaja solo. The polo towers was very clean, they had very friendly staff, and was
perfect for what me and my friends needed. We got the 2 bedroom suite
for 6 people an they're was plenty of room for sleep and personal
space. They had three beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 2 balconys. We
requested a top floor view of the strip and they were able to provide it
to us, which was great except we had to wait literally 2 hours when they
had told us it would only take no more than 30 - 60 minutes for them to
