My husband and I chose the Historic Inns of Annapolis for a quick get
away for our 6th-month anniversary, and we had a wonderful, relaxing
time! When we arrived, we discovered that we had been upgraded to a

The owner was beyond charming, the room was huge, the water pressure great, the snacks available 24/7 were appreciated, bottled water & sodas complimentary, and the waffle station at breakfast! But even above and beyond that - a one minute walk to the waterfront, 3 minutes to shopping, and walking distance home after the concert at Rams Head

We found the hotel to be ideally located to walk into town without being in the middle of the crowds. (and there is a free shuttle stop nearby to take you downtown as well.)There were numerous great restaurant options close by. We especially enjoyed Miss Shirley's. The hotel staff was excellent. Good helpful information and wonderful desk and bellhop service. Small but good food service. Our waitress was wonderful and did practically everything herself. ... she deserves a good raise. Our front desk was extremely helpful with a personal situation and did a wonderful job at helping us. we would certainly happily return to the O'Callaghan.
