I travelled with my friend. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and also problem solving oriented. We arrived at 5h30 am and were supposed to check in at 3PM. Professional, friendly and helpful staff - greeted us with a smile and a
welcome every time we passed through the lobby. Even the housekeeping
staff and others were exceptionally friendly - they demonstrated that
they liked their jobs and where they worked.Location was great, easy
walking distance to all midtown/times square/theater district
venues. Room was nice, clean, big enough for comfort and nicely
decorated. Bed very comfortable.

I arrived New York deadly tired at around 12 midnight. I was received by a quick check-in, rapid delivery of my lugguage. To my surprise the room had a coffee maker, excellent pulsating shower. New and clean hotel in the center of Manhattan. 15 min to Time Aquare , 15 minutes to Flatiron from hotel by walking. Personal is so nice, kind and helpfull. The biggest shopping center Macy's is 2 blocks after. Perfect bed and bathroom. Also the room is big according to the other hotels in Manhattan. I will prefer to stay there when I visit NY again.

The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Just what you can expect from a new, renovated hotel. The room was somewhat on the small side (1 king bed, room with two queens is larger but also more expensive) but I guess that is common in NY where space is limited and hotel prices are high. This is a beautiful hotel. The room was extremely clean and up-to-date. Our beds were comfortable. It definitely fit our needs for NYC. It was very close to everything - walking distance to 5th Avenue, Broadway, Times Square - but we were not in the midst of the crowds, noise and chaos. Breakfast was tasty and served at times stated.
Room condition was clean and spotless, same as en suite bathroom.
Excellent location, very close to everything central.
Quite reasonably priced considering it's a chain of Marriott hotels, it's location, free Wifi and complimentary breakfast.

Suitable for city trip.
Staff was great. Our room smelled like someone smoked, this was handled well by staff, we were given another room next day. Best were Dan and Henry (I hope I'm right about the name). Dan is the soul of the hotel, friendly and helpful. Don't know about remaining staff.
Location is very good, price for the location also good.

The bed and sheets were so so comfortable!
Probably the best nights sleep in a long while! Cookies are yummy and free!! The staff is wonderful and the roomservice breakfast was delicious! We were very sad to go!! -

la ubicacion es genial pegado al empire state building, la calle era tranquila y ningun ruido por la noche, en los pasillos del hotel tampoco había ningún ruido - La relación calidad / precio, la ubicación, las habitaciones renovadas son muy bonitas y confortables. El servicio de café gratuito las 24 horas.

la ubicacion - Está muy bien situado, justo al lado del Empire, cerca de las estaciones de metro que van a todos lados, además incluye un desayuno con fruta,cereales,bagels,tostadas, etc.. que viene qenial para comenzar el día

Bed was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, bellman was able to hail a cab for us on the way to the airport, location was great because we did alot of Meatpacking and Chelsea sightseeing. Nice place near the metro station. Penn Station also very close to hotel
so you can easily take a train for the main us cities. The Chelsea area
is quiet and some attractions as the rockfeller center and time square
can be reached walking

The hotel was in a great location. Also, had a lovely lounge and free access to computers which was quite handy. The entire hotel staff were wonderful especially the housekeeping staff.
