  I had a problem with the reservation in the holiday inn express manhattan, they contacted me and fixed all for me being very gentle. I arrived and always was perfect. The location is half block from 5th ave., Two blocks from brodway center and all is near. Very security zone all hours and all near. The personal is very gentle and always help for directions and conections, great experience - The staffs are polite, cheerful, helpful and friendly. They are just fantastic The location is excellent. Ideally placed, within walking distance to the happening places yet is also quiet which made it easy to sleep. Though the room is not very spacious but is comfortable. Well a hotel that I recommend for business or vacation. I would happily go back again.

The Hudson Suite was well-designed and filled with light - quite different from other Manhattan suites we have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were surprised how close we were to the theater district.
