  Were booked for Monday night but arrived, unexpectedly, a day early..in the middle of the night. They accommodated very nicely--giving a good rate and complimentary parking. Parking is very safe--a concern of ours in a downtown setting. A really great location: excellent for getting around especially downtown and for using the transit system.   I'd like to endorse what other travellers have said about this hotel, the staff are great, the rooms are nice and the cookies are fabulous. But for us the best thing about cci is its location pretty much in the middle of Orange. Come out of the hotel and turn right and you go toward the Hotel Del and lots of shops and places to eat (can recommend ... lo que la gente dice » the seared Tuna at Tent City and the crab stuffed giant prawns at Brigantine). Turn left and you end up at the ferry landing, again with shops and eat - We loved that they were pet friendly, but didn't charge a huge fee like most places do. They gave us a pet gift bag with treats and poop pickup bags for our dog along with a list of pet friendly places to eat in walking distance and doggy day camps in the area. We will DEFINITELY be coming back and recommending this hotel to our friends that have pets. Also we loved the gorgeous bathroom and shower!
