la ubicacion es genial pegado al empire state building, la calle era tranquila y ningun ruido por la noche, en los pasillos del hotel tampoco había ningún ruido - La relación calidad / precio, la ubicación, las habitaciones renovadas son muy bonitas y confortables. El servicio de café gratuito las 24 horas.

La ubicación es buena y la habitación era amplia y con cama grande. - La habitación y el baño muy sucios, con suciedad acumulada de meses. Durante tres días no nos hicieron la limpieza ni las camas. New and clean hotel in the center of Manhattan. 15 min to Time Aquare , 15 minutes to Flatiron from hotel by walking. Personal is so nice, kind and helpfull. The biggest shopping center Macy's is 2 blocks after. Perfect bed and bathroom. Also the room is big according to the other hotels in Manhattan. I will prefer to stay there when I visit NY again.

The hotel staff was so accommodating. We arrived before check in and were able to leave our bags in a secured room while we ventured off. When booking, I asked that they put us on the highest floor with the best view for the deal I was offered. could not Ck in untill 1:00pm I was traveling with my son and the flight
landed at 6:30am when I booked the Hotel with you you called them and
ask if I could ck in early you said that they would try but when I got
there I was not in the system but after about 10 minutes they said every
thing was good but I could no ck in untill they would call me but they
did let me leave my bags.

Great location, in the middle of everything. Nice cornerroom(no#1212) with a great view. 6th Ave in one direction with Central Park at the end, and looking down on Herald Square and Macys in the other direction. Nice Rooftop bar(not a part of the Hotel) -

I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent

The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was tasty and served at times stated.
Room condition was clean and spotless, same as en suite bathroom.
Excellent location, very close to everything central.
Quite reasonably priced considering it's a chain of Marriott hotels, it's location, free Wifi and complimentary breakfast.

Suitable for city trip.
Staff was great. Our room smelled like someone smoked, this was handled well by staff, we were given another room next day. Best were Dan and Henry (I hope I'm right about the name). Dan is the soul of the hotel, friendly and helpful. Don't know about remaining staff.
Location is very good, price for the location also good.

I travelled with my friend. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and also problem solving oriented. We arrived at 5h30 am and were supposed to check in at 3PM. Professional, friendly and helpful staff - greeted us with a smile and a
welcome every time we passed through the lobby. Even the housekeeping
staff and others were exceptionally friendly - they demonstrated that
they liked their jobs and where they worked.Location was great, easy
walking distance to all midtown/times square/theater district
venues. Room was nice, clean, big enough for comfort and nicely
decorated. Bed very comfortable.
