I liked the room. It was very comfortable. I liked the location for access to the D. C. area. The metro was very close so we could get to where we wanted to go quickly. We did find out that we should avoid the rush hour when traveling on the metro. We liked the breakfast and the social with the two drinks and then the evening meal that was availab

This hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. No matter who it was whether the manager or a housekeeper they would take the time to say hello. The room was beautiful and the location was really great. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast they serve was really good as well. The front desk manager, zemy? I'm not sure of her name was exceedingly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely be staying there again.

We were only there for an overnight stay. We checked in at 1:00am and checked out at 10:30am. But the room was very clean and everything was in its place. The front desk staff was very courteous and very informative about the hotel's amenities and services. I would stay there again.

The Chef was a prince of a fellow. A month before arriving I made a request for the room service menu to be faxed so I could design what I wanted. He (the Chef-Aron- I believe) helpfully sent it to me. When I went downstairs for the breakfast he greeted me and told me that no one goes away hungery and his buffet was great. He is a class act. -

I was really impressed with your staff. When I arrived I needed water to take my meds and I was immediately given a bottle from the gift shop along with my sister who was traveling with me. I only regret I do not remember the staff member's name. I think it was Lisa. She saw me the next morning and said 'Good morning Mrs. Hollis'. I thought how in the world could she remember my day from the previous day with all the guests she had encountered. I was impressed.

The location was near to the sites we planned to see. The Marriott was near a Metro station enabling us to travel around DC without a car. Staff were friendly and responded to our questions including giving us maps. Liked underground mall close by.

Amanda was indeed very lovely, accommodative friendly ever ready to answer your questions and provide solution as soon as possible. She is indeed a treasure and asset to the management and staff of the hotel. Please promote her and increase her pay for her selfless sacrificial service. The rest other staff were good too. The driver manding the shuttle bus was good and dynamic, patient and carefully drove very well. Encourage him too.

The rooms were spacious. The jim was adequately equipped. There was amc
theatre and Courthouse metro station just two minutes away. There was a
12 hours shuttle always available to take you to metro. 7 days breakfast
which was more than sufficient/ sitting area was spacious as well.
There was complimentary dinner on Mon/Tue/Wed I am glad I choose
this hotel for my stay, would definately go there next time as well.

I did not expect such a great deal at a place like the Hilton.
The front desk staff was awesome. Funny enough they actually sang happy birthday to me as well. Definitely makes you feel welcome right when you arrive.

Overall the the hotel excellent and is in a good location to visit Washington as it is close to a subway and within walking distance/bus ride of the wonderful and vibrant Georgetown. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel/room was clean and comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The location was one of the best aspects. It was walking distance from a lot of excellent eateries. The hotel had a free shuttle to Pentagon City Metro station which connected with downtown D.C. The staff was outstanding and spent time orienting us with directions, attractions and gave excellent recommendations. We will be back! -

We loved the location. Right on GW campus around the corner from a major metro stop (foggy bottom) and Whole Foods. Walking distance to the Mall - Lincoln Memorial. Good restaurants (especially "Founding Farmers") around the corner. Whole Foods was very convenient to get healthy food to have in the suite. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We thought it was a great value for the location!

This hotel was perfect for a family with small children. The cost of room includes a beautiful breakfast. We were only 3 blocks from the Metro which took us right into Washington DC. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. The indoor pool was a nice diversion for the kids. Highly recommend this hotel.
