The lady that checked us in was warm, friendly and informative, and as you know First Impression is everlasting. We loved the spacious room with balcony. The pool size and lounging area
around the pool were very comfortable. Pool hours were a huge plus, 7am-
11pm. The attached game room, convenience store and applebees were nice
bonuses as well. Free parking, free shuttle and free wifi = fantastic!

Blue Heron was affordable for that many, We rented 3 -1 bedroom suites and divided into groups of 5. All of us enjoyed having a full kitchen. The pool was a favorite of the grandchildren. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all it was a good value for the money.

Nice-sized room. Fantastic and courteous staff, went out of their way to be helpful. Free shuttle bus to Disney (from which you can catch free connection to Epcot). Very convenient location right next to Interstate 4; about a 20-minute drive from Orlando International Airport. Comfortable bed and good shower.

This Hotel Customer Service was great from the moment we walked in to the second we checked out. Brendon was great we had a minor problem which he made that our concern was no longer a concern and that we were extremely satisfied which we were, Brendon manager along with the manager from building 9 rocks!!! My experience was definitely magical.

I liked everything. My children love Nickelodeon and this was the best
experience and thats going against Disney World. The best was the
Breakfast with Spongebob. Just seeing my childrens faces when they got
to see the characters and they came over to our table for pictures was a
memory for life for them and me.

Our room was clean, quiet, and roomy. The balcony was a nice bonus and the pool area with a water slide was great fun for the kids, the neighborhood is much nicer than most and the location to the parks is perfect. Really can't beat it for the price. -

La tranquilidad en el Hotel - The neighborhood was very nice with a variety of stores and restuarants within walking distance. It was also just down the street from a main entrance to Disney and not far from I-4.

Although my family only stayed here for one night I really liked this hotel and was pleasantly surprised in what it offered for the price. Overall design -
The suite (2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, plus kitchen and living room) was comfortable, clean, nicely designed, and quiet. The free "happy hour" with beer, wine and food was an added surprise, and saved us from having to go out to dinner with 4 kids! Plus the included full-breakfast was amazing! We had the junior suite so we had 2 rooms with 2 flat screen tv's
with 2 doors on each room to separate them. Very clean and very
comfortable! It's in the heart of non-Disney Lake Buena Vista so
it's surrounded by tons of restaurants and shopping with being next
to Disney theme parks. Don't shop at the Goodings for groceries!!! 4
