We had a wonderful experience here and will do it again. The staff was MOST helpful (they turned our radiator off when it got warm in the room and also were smiling and accommodating with another small request we had to freeze ice packs in their kitchen freezer). We love this upper west side location, close to really great 'locals feel' shopping- not too touristy. Still some good street vendors nearby. El servicio y la atención - Su situacion, si vas de turismo, como nosotros, es un emplazamiento perfecto, cerca de times square pero no en el mogollon, se llega en 15 minutos a pie. Si en cambio quieres ir al lincon center, estas justo al lado. Lastima que el tiempo no hubiera acompañado por que le lounge de la azotea es realmente cool.

nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and
available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm
and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member
expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction,
and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that
of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.
