  We stepped off the street and into the past. What a place to stay at. One of the highlights of our stay in America. We were met by Felicia, the gracious hostess, and shown around the house and to our room furnished with period furniture with the mod cons discretely available. We were given a code for the front door so we could arrive at all hours and immediately set off to a nearby subway to see the town. Felt s - Kiki, I guess the house manager, has been brilliant. She has fixed our room arrangement issue and has been helpful on many other things. We love the room setting - very homy and luxuries at the same time, bathroom/towels are very clean. Have to mention the breakfast too - good selection and extremely nice dinning room.

  The staff were very welcoming and friendly. As soon as we arrived we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Queen suite. The wifi worked perfectly which pleased my teenage children (and me!). We booked a taxi back to JFK at the front desk and a lovely Lincoln Continental arrived on time and made the journey effortless. The - We had a wonderful experience here and will do it again. We love this upper west side location, close to really great 'locals feel' shopping- not too touristy. Still some good street vendors nearby.   El servicio y la atención - Su situacion, si vas de turismo, como nosotros, es un emplazamiento perfecto, cerca de times square pero no en el mogollon, se llega en 15 minutos a pie. Si en cambio quieres ir al lincon center, estas justo al lado. Lastima que el tiempo no hubiera acompañado por que le lounge de la azotea es realmente cool.
