For the price it had everything I expected and more. While small the spa area and exercise area were superior and the staff GREAT. I just wish it opened earlier than 9 am. The staff was very good as was the business center ( small but adequate). I would stay t here again and would recommend it to others.

... lo que la gente dice » and most helpful. The room was comfortable, the decor was interesting and bonuses for me were free internet and plenty of electrical outlets. It was in a perfect location for conference at a Union Square hotel as well as shopping and entertainment. I'd definitely stay there again. Loved it.

ubicacion muy buena, facil de conectar con todo. taxis disponibles a toda hora en la puerta del hotel - Enjoy all that San Francisco has to offer within walking distance - The hotel is located centrally to any area you would want to visit. Petfriendly is a big plus.

We had a wonderful stay with our family- the rooms are bit cramp, but we
knew this. We wanted to stay near union square and that we did. We were
able to really enjoy everything in walking distance. We would return
again. We normally stay around the corner but after such a lovely stay
at The Sir Frances Drake, we would definiltey stay there again.

Conceirge Katherine extremely helpful and friendly - also other staff - Whei - asked and got tour of sleepeeze room!!
Beefeater and staff friendly
Pizza and wine tasting hour great, met interesting travellers at the hotel. Bed very comfortable.
Fab. location for exploring city, and shopping/eating.

Staff was great! They never miss an opportunity to connect with the customer. Room was super clean and the location is great for visiting the city. Mini bar prices were reasonable. -
