For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. The Kendall has a welcoming and helpful staff. They loaned us an
umbrella when it was raining/sleeting which we truly appreciated.
Our room was handicap accessible and the bathroom/room were very
clean and spacious. This hotel has a cozy, warm, Americana style decor
with some very nice pieces of furniture and decorations that add to the
charm. Breakfast was hearty and very good. We stayed two nights
separated by a couple of days and had a lovely welcome back basket of

The breakfast was exceptional and the afternoon snack was a nice bonus. The airport shuttle was efficient and fast and the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. Great suite, Breakfast buffet well organized and lots of options
(would have liked some cheese or meat though). Nice Indoor swimming pool. Great location:15 minutes from downtown including walking to subway station, 5 minutes walk from/to car rental facility with 9 major companies, 5 minutes from airport terminals with hotel shuttle and no noise from airport.

It was very comfortable and we were given a quiet room as we requested. Also the staff were pleasant and helpful. Though it was not so convenient for the city centre the fact that they provided a free shuttle bus to and from the subway helped to make up for this. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was also most helpful. -

It's a great location for that, and the shuttle bus to the Transit stations was terrific! The staff also let us check in early (10 am) so we didn't have to carry our luggage around for a few hours.

Eating facilities just right. Comfortable lounge area. Clean, modern and relaxed atmosphere. Helpful staff who responded sympathetically when my daughter was unwell and the manager offered her a room at a competitive price which made a big difference to her welfare. -
