  The staff was extremely nice imformative and helpful. The room was nice and clean.   I was most impressed with your staff - everyone was very nice - polite - helpful - friendly. The desk personnel were particularly personable, but so were the maintenance staff. One morning when my hands were full of breakfast plates for the kids and coffee for myself, a custodian stopped and helped me carry it all to our room on the second floor... lo que la gente dice » . I really like the daily exchange of linnen, especially the duvets. Most hotels do not do this! Sharon was very responsive in correcting my bill when the dayshift front desk clerk, (a portly male) gave me the runaround regarding my HH price for valet parking.
