Perfect place to visit nyc and sleep after an exhausting day. The room
was small and the mattress quite hard but we slept like babies. It was
cleaned and the towels in the ensuite bathroom changed everyday. Staff
couldn't be more helpful and nice. For the excellent price we also
got breakfast consisting of coffee/tea and a lovely
croissant/omelett

Besides the extremely helpful staff, I loved the wallpaper in the halls.
I also loved the view and being in the "thick of things" -
close to subway, easy walks to Little Italy, the Bowery, Financial

Very easy access in a car - Just at the end of the tunnel (on payment of $7.50 toll).
An hours walk to Manhattan and half an hour to Brooklyn Bridge at a good pace.
Half an hours drive to Coney Island.
Excellent free parking that appears secure.

Perfect view of the skyline, quiet neighbourhood - good to wind down after a day in the buzzing city. Room was huge, clean and equipped with all necessities (kitchen, dw, fridge, microwave, table to have breakfast with 2 persons etc.).

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It is one of the best budget hotels I have stayed at.

walk & we were told (more than once) that the neighborhood there
