The location to shopping and attractions such as Time Square, Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center as well as the ease of access to many subway lines going straight downtown. The concierge service was outstanding and all recommendations were on spot. The entry and lobby were beautiful and spotless.

The hotel was very clean and fresh. It felt brand new from the modern wall covering in the lobbies and corridors to the furniture and fittings inside the rooms.
The room was spacious and comfortable, well appointed and modern but without losing a classic feeling high ceilings and big windows.

When we arrived we were allowed to check in two hours early, and were given the choice of two different rooms - that was very kind and we got a big room as a result. The location is pretty great as long as you don't mind a bit of walking, but that's the same across New York. A bit expensive, but again, that's just New York. I'd stay there again -

The location! Just two blocks away from Time Square. Unbeatable for this price. Plenty of foodshops around.
The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.
