The sound system was nice. Our room faced the back and so was extemely
quiet for nyc. Of course, the staff was as pleasant as could be. -
The staff were ALL extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was very large and extremely nice. The shower was amazing and had great water pressure. The bed was deliciously comfortable. Even though our room overlooked Madison Avenue, it was very quiet. In short, it was wonderful!!

I like the style, frankly the ' class ' that The Carlyle and that the staff exude. I stayed many times at The Carlyle in the 1980's early 90s, indeed had my wedding there in 1998. El servicio y la atención - Su situacion, si vas de turismo, como nosotros, es un emplazamiento perfecto, cerca de times square pero no en el mogollon, se llega en 15 minutos a pie. Si en cambio quieres ir al lincon center, estas justo al lado. Lastima que el tiempo no hubiera acompañado por que le lounge de la azotea es realmente cool.

this hotel was great the junior suite was a nice size we had 2 small kids with us and they both slept on the pullout the bedroom had a very comfy king bed for the wife and I. at 460 + - with tax for the night I recommend it if your traveling with small children - We liked everything! A great hotel! They upgraded us (the price was the same). Excell

Once we got over the inefficiency of what letsbookhotel.com had organised, the staff at The Pierre were excellent and arranged what we couldn't accomplish through many emails and telephone discussions. -
Clean, quiet and the service was fantastic all the way around.
