The hotel staff at the front desk was very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay such a pleasure. Katherine and Anne were the best hostesses ever! The restaurant had a variety of good food. We enjoyed sitting in the open portion where we could watch the waterfront activity.

I came with my then wife on a 25th anniversary trip in 1997. Since then there has been quite a bit of development of other hotels in the area since then but there is still a feeling of space because of the surrounding golf courses. Access from pool to sea is excellent.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Its location to Whalers Village and the beach are perfect. The Napili Surf was excellent in every aspect of our stay. They go out of their way to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. It felt very homey yet is right on a great little beach with excellent snorkeling and enough waves for the young (and a few older) boogie-boaders. We stayed in two different rooms on two different nights. The first room
was the cheap basic room. That one was tiny but had all the amenities we
needed. The second room was the private studio downstairs and was
amazing with a kitchen, living room, and great amenities. I believe the
price difference isn't too great between the rooms so I def would
suggest the studio if you plan on being in your room a lot. The location
was great- right down the street from the beach. Shopping was close by.
