  The hotel was close to everything. The beach is 1/2 a mile away. Another direction you have an outlet mall and stores such as Walmart. Then another direction are resurants and Von's. They also welcomed us to eat the continental breakfast early so we could get an early start to our day. We were given maps of the area and great recomendations on where to eat. Breakfast was good.   The room was well cleaned, no stink, it was likeing walking in to a brand new room. Stair way was clean and didnt smell like smoke, roomy showers and bathroom, FREE ICE, GREAT FOR US WE BRING ARE DRINKS AND SNACK SO WE STAY ON BUDGET, SO NOT PAYING FOR ICE WHILE THERE SAVED US MONEY, it was also as I remembered as a child, staying here every oth... lo que la gente dice » er weekend with my grandparents, so it was first choice when booking a motel in the pismo area. - The staff was helpful and provided us acces to their microwave. The handicap rooms did not have the small refrigerator / microwave combo. So when you make a RSVP ask for a room with the frig/ microwave combo. That was the only downfall but the staff helped us out which made up for it. Found a new hotel that is also pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

We really loved this place it is like an appartment. It has a full kitchen, living room, and we slept very well on the king bed. It is very clean. Totally loved it. Would highly recommend.

Really recommend the upgraded room. We came from Australia and was very impressed with the room...... The comments and profile did not do this inn justice..... I enjoyed the comfortable beds, quiet room and friendly staff! The bathroom was clean and linens were packed with a new material that did not affect my allergies (no headaches) like down linen has caused at other hotels in the past. Slept well and I will be back!

We were allowed to look at larger rooms/suites and made reservations for a future trip this summer. The prices are extremely affordable.

  I liked how close it was to the beach and downtown pismo. I liked the family suite and the beds, fridge, and microwave. It is a cheap place to get the close beach walk. The service was great! The owners are helpful, bring things immediately and they seemed very accomodating. Let us take our time to leave the next morning, which was much appreciated. And the manager also let me pay partial cash and credit both together. Besides that, it's a fairly low key spot.   I like the room, it had clean bedspreads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The carpeted floors were clean absent of residue. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels, toilet paper and soap. Updated TVs, flat screen, excellent. Heating system worked great.
