  Rooms so comfortable, staff - oh so helpful and wonderful - very accomodating. They were always looking for ways to assist you. I was overwhelmed when I realised I forgot one of my hand luggage at the hotel, and they facilitated me by having someone bring it to me at the airport. Oh you made my trip all so worthwhile.   Its convenience to the airport and port of miami. Stayed one night but was well looked after the staff were really helpful. I booked 2 rooms which were clean and had all we needed for the night. They were obviously busy at times but whenever myself or a family member approached a member of staff they were patient and helpful. - Room was very cl... lo que la gente dice » ean and comfortable.
