Great price and location. Clean facility and friendly staff.
We arrived super jet lagged, the airport shuttle picked us up promptly and a quiet room was available before normal check in. Friendly, can-do staff, clean room and numerous breakfast choices.

The hours of the pool were wonderful! Loved the shuttle service to the moa. Drivers were very helpful and friendly!
The tub in our room needed a good scrubbing. A map of the area with the restaurant listings would have been nice.

Excellent location for the people who want a hotel close to American Mall. It takes about 15 min to walk to the Mall. The room is clean.
It was close to moa and the airport. Very convenient.
The pillows. Only 4 pillows but eachone only fits one head. Wished the pillows were bigger and fuller.
Within walking distance to Mall of America, even t Houghtby they had shuttles that left every hour on the hour.
Staff were great; the breakfast staff were so friendly and made us feel comfortable. The breakfast was also great. The room was nice.
It was hard to regulate the water temp in shower and the mattress was quite saggy.

The billing was unclear. Initial charges were put on our card for possible charges that we may have incurred. We did not incur any charges, so it was a surprise to see it on our online checking statement.

The breakfast selection was outstanding. Best I have seen in hotels such as this.
No automated front door. All patrons struggled getting luggage in and out. This DEFINITELY needs to be updated.

Staff kept forgetting to pick up people. Never clean towels. Staff spoke a differet language then English. Heat was stuck on in most rooms everyone was complaining. Check in times were differet then website. Paring lot was icy and snow covered and they did not clear the roads.
