Right off the highway. The front desk staff both morning and evening were very pleasant! The room was clean. I felt safe in the room. Office personal was very nice and coopoerative. The breakfast was fine and liked the early hour it opened. My wife and I liked the nice clean room, close proximity to airport and an early complimentary breakfast. The location (near airport and shopping) and that they had a park and fly service.

Easy to find. Close to Freeway. Comfortable. Location, reasonable cost. A microwave is available. Staff are very friendly. were it was situated. every thing good. everything. all good. The price, the staff, the continental breakfast, the goody bag, and Location for shopping. pleasant staff and well maintained breakfast room. close to Bellingham airport and mall. Due to location of my room the highway traffic noise was quite loud. Would be nice to have high quality sound reducing windows on those back rooms. Pillows were not that good but that was not a big deal. The Guide Meridian is a little noisy. The heating unit was so noisy that I could not sleep at all. It came on every few minutes. My daughter actually woke up and thought there was a train coming through the room at one point. Very noisy on the east side of the motel as that side is adjacent to the freeway and next to the freeway onramp. The one ice machine is located far away and requires tokens from the front desk. We didn't have any dislike. I was put in aroom that overlooks the high way and was too noisy. I asked the staff to change the room and they did. I was transfered to another room that is more quiet. Coffee table not clean. Proximity to a Casino that used to be a family restaurant. Pillow too high. I was given Room 212 and was supposed to be a non- smoking room, the room was ok but the bathroom was so stinky with smell of tobaco, I think it is impossible who ever cleaned the room to have it noticed n shd have reported it to the supervisor and get rid of the smoked stinky odor. when we opened the door a strong unpleasent oder came to meet us. room needs to be aired out or rug cleaned. no problems. The bed was horrible, had a bad sleep. The remote control was dirty. Poor maintenance and equipement - malfunctioning fridge, awful ironing and board only on request, room showing wear and tear neading renovation, hard to find from small signage and difficult to turn into, especially at night. Room smelled kind of smoky. Ice Machine needed dummy key which you needed to get from Front Desk never mentioned when checking in & this is on the bottom floor we were on the 3rd floor.Breakfast was a gong show way to busy not set up well no tables left without breakfast--Rooms was very musty--wet feeling everything felt damp. Staff was not informitive. Waited twice while the staff member at the front desk talked on the phone. Eye contact and a "be with you in a minute" would have been appropriate rather than turning away. freeway noise kept us up. Uncomfortable beds. Cross between an air mattress for 2 and a cot. Mattresses need to be upgraded. Fire alarm going off at 4:45 a.m. Bathroom smelled of urine, towels smelled sour, no shampoo or conditioner provided, soap fell apart when package opened, room was dated and needs refresh. Noisy diesel parked out side our door. Noisy above us all night you could here the bed springs all night would not recomend to any one. The bed was horrible.
